Bloat to content ratio needs balancing. Too much bloat, too many notifications (can't seem to change that?) scanning things was glitchy, slow, felt pointless and cumbersome and required external sponsor registration for some parts. There were no benefits unless you did 100%. you could reward at least a wallpaper per scanned item. Ditch all the gamification badge stuff. The actual Williams content is great though.

The ads on the pages aren't a great look. For a stand-alone app that's fine, but this is an app that's already basically advertising the team. Asking for location permission just from opening the app from a notification is also bad. I like the team, but these two things together are bad for the brand, and make the app feel borderline malicious.

Disappointing that Williams are posting more and more videos not articles. if you're going to post vids please put subtitles - most of us access the App with other people around (and not earphones) so we can't play the videos and access the info. Please consider this point
